  • Open Class Reminder

    • Added new setting that when enabled and email sent to primary/secondary instructor if class is still open past the end date of class.
    • The email will be sent one day after the class has ended, and one week after the class has ended - IF the class is still open.
    • Contact Support to enable.
  • Instructor notifications
    • Primary and secondary instructors will now receive a notification when they are assigned to or removed from a class.
    • Contact Support to enable.
  • Certification thumbnail widget

    • Added new optional setting that when set, prevents users from being able to remove certifications from their development plan from the widget.

  • Auto-assign a goal based on course completion
    https://logicbay.atlassian.net/browse/SUPPORT-5977
    • New feature supports the ability to auto assign a goal to a user's development based on a completion of a course.  When user completes a course successfully the goal(s) are mapped to that user if it's not already on their plan.
  • Certification Expiration tool
    • New feature allows administrators to manual expire a user's certification.
