Goal owner added to in use dialogs
The in use dialog for courses, certifications and curriculum now shows the goal owner
Require class instructor and location when saving class
A new optional setting configuration setting has been added that will require the user to set an primary instructor and a location when saving an in-person instructor led class.
Fixes to sorting
Date sorting on the class list page is now fixed.
Sorting by the sharing column in manage courses (Admin) is now fixed.
